At last she has been talking to others who have had the same cancer. The hospital got someone to call her & she has spent all of today discussing the details with this person :T
She is afraid ♥ No saliva, can't swallow during treatment, peg feeding but this is the right decision, she, has decided ♥

    Tomorrow she signs the forms
8th June has an MRI scan etc etc

She is still seeing the Emotional Reprogrammer in Birmingham at £150 a session as he says he will stop the cancer coming back.... okay ....

    :)

There is something to be said for positive thinking, and if this helps her get through the treatment it might be money well spent. NOT that I agree with it, but she obviously does.

Snap thinking of you all :A:A
My saga is almost at an end.
I wanted phone, tv and broadband with an additional box.
My supplier Virgin Media for telephone and broadband quoted over £100 for this, PLUS line rental. They reduced by £20 when I said I would leave. Did not accept the deal and cancelled  . Went to BT(also requested my telephone number to go with me), only one box and slower broadband for £60+ a month.

Then yesterday virgin called, long story short, 18 months at £65 all inclusive of line rental, Full House Bundle, two V6 boxes. About half of their first quote. Lesson to be learnt, do not be afraid to cancel.

    :T:T:Twell done

The Food Programme and the medicinal benefits of turmuric

Sheila Dillon herself has multiple myeloma .......it makes interesting listening

I put half a teaspoon and a big pinch of ginger into my smoothies - it takes some getting used to but turmuric is extensively used in India for its preventative and restorative powers so I am persisting
