Thanks Anon and WMCB and ILTS.

The offer has renewed, but can I ask what these are like? Are they nice or will they linger in the back of the cupboard until I'm forced to chuck them out:o

Mrs Anon likes them (a bit like chocolate raisins, just different flavours :D) - personally not to my taste but for 10p a pack they are low risk :).

    Morning all,
JTs hugs, and snap sorry about the news on your sister, hugs.
haven't been to asda in weeks, but do have an apg so may may visit today, just so busy with so much to do.
house insurance due tomorrow, any1 recently done theirs with amazing cb. please post. ta

yes me - I did mine last Friday going through TCB

I got £65 cash back or contents and buildings - it starts off as the small tracked amount and then goes up to the full anmount.
Annoyingly its showing as £70 cashback today but it might be more expensive ....

Policy Expert - they also gave me a code/link but you only get marks vouchers so its better to have cashback

Good morning all, had more rain overnight here :D

Amazing how much it is making the weeds grow
    Morning folks :D

We went to the printing place yesterday, we should have our images by the end of the week for our exhibition

In other news my laptop has died, well it hasn't really it just won't charge :( bought a new charger a couple months ago but still had issues with it making the connection and charging. So really I just can't charge the battery :(

I'm sure I don't need to tell you this, but make sure everything important is double backed up.

Talking about backups, I will hopefully have enough in my Amazon to buy a home cloud soon. Has anyone had any experience with these and any hints as to what to avoid please? Yes, I know I should be asking on the techie thread and will probably go there shortly, but advice from friends is worth so much more :A

    Good morning all....

Lovely to see JTS posting last night....still very much part of the gang and always in someones thoughts x
No advice on the big black dog ...but push it aside occasionally and when it starts to remember that it can't control you,it's visits will become less frequent.....I'm still very wary of it and dread it rocking up at the door!!!

mrs mac....I clearly need to visit you....it's raining for a third day here but tomorrow I am told it may get a little brighter....at least the potatoes are lapping up the rain.

Mrs 3 dogs...what a fabulous list.....but I am sitting on my hands in an effort not to buy...still plenty in my stash from mr shoes earlier in the year...

I do need to go out today...I have an outside meeting...just don't know whether its warm winter coat weather or spring shower coat weather...either way its umbrella weather!

    onwards all.....
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Yeah, I work from a pile of harddrives. 2 are identical because I have had one go tits up and had to send it to toshiba and pay to recover most of the work :( So now I've got two of everything and sometimes 3. It's a bit of a faff but I learnt the hard way. The only thing that is putting me off cloud storage is the amount of time it takes to upload stuff, our internet is not particularly fast.
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

morning all, grey and wet :( im taking my 87year old MIL to dobbies and T today, I hope it doesn't rain too much as I have to go backwards and forwards to the store collecting and returning the wheelchair and the disable bays are usually full so have to park quite away.

Ive had a very restless night thinking about all the poorlies I feel rubbish today with not much sleep..Many kind words have already been said by many on here ...all I want to say is I reiterate all the advice, be strong for yourself look after yourself and be positive for those you are supporting. Take each day at a time, revel in the good days, rest on the bad days make memories:)
