Do you use your scales on a level surface tweets? Should be on a bare surface like stone or lino, never on carpet. That's all I can suggest

There may be more MayBe items that have good matches - I only checked a couple in my store as that section has lots of security cameras and screens, so it must be a magnet for shoplifters and I didn't want to draw even more attention to myself .
