I was asking about scales on SW thread last week I am sure my scales are daft. Only one person sent me a link. I am going to see what my scales say on Sunday. I don't want to buy new scales and nothing wrong with mine but I haven't been eating loads of food I shouldn't :( If I had I wouldn't blame the scales :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Do you use your scales on a level surface tweets? Should be on a bare surface like stone or lino, never on carpet. That's all I can suggest

Wow Anon, that is a BIG APG

I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

FREE LUNCH (UP TO £3) TODAY ONLY ON TCB

    subway%20sandwich.jpg

You can purchase a sandwich from any UK store e.g. Starbucks, Tesco, Subway etc., as long as the product is visible on the receipt.
The offer is limited to 500 redemptions on a first come first served basis

This offer is not valid for use in Scotland (as deep fried Mars bars are not considered lunch) :D

So guess who read this and thought the promo genuinely excluded Scotland so didn't bother?

There may be more MayBe items that have good matches - I only checked a couple in my store as that section has lots of security cameras and screens, so it must be a magnet for shoplifters and I didn't want to draw even more attention to myself :o.
