Where is the phone number, where is the address, and they would keep the website if they changed the name, that does not change the registration. The website is separate to the url, which is simply the address.

If you can provide more details fair enough, but I can only say as I find. I most certainly would not buy from them. I only hope they are not masquarading as a previously trusted website.

Apologes, did not see this previously., not even sure it was there but there we go. That said, I still would not trust it, that address appears to host a web design company among others.

It is up to others to make their mind up, but you say you bought from there before but it was only registered last month.

Oh, and 0845 numbers are normally used to disguise where people are calling, and they can actually point you overseas (although this costs the people that own the number, not the caller).

Just saying it like I see it.

ok thanks for the advice.. i paid on my credit card anyway which is fully refundable if so how don't get it .. so i'm happy thanks

I hope you didn't spend that much. Section 75 only applies to purchases between £100 and £30,000 :eek:
