So sad that a young girl died after an accident at a theme park. :(

Fortunately I am the other way with stress I have to be in control of something so I do my low carb diet and it not only makes me lose weight but it makes me feel better. I have lost a stone of the 1.5 stone I have put on since last year and I too have a family wedding in August and want to get back into my dresses.

I'm starting low carb as well. I've lately found that bread bloats me
