Update on asbo cat - she's doing ok, thank you. She has a fingernail size rip on the front bit of her ear. She won't go outside unless me or MG are out there with her and when I'm at home she won't stray from my side

But for now, there's no lasting damage and for that I can only be thankful

Thanks:D i was shocked that i lost 31/2 last night as was only weighed Mon becuase i was away and that was 2lb i am motivated want as near off as 3 stone by 22nd June as i can before i go back diabetic nurse, and you know what? all i have really done is cut the crap:T
