Sharp frost here this morning. Thanks izzey for your early morning posts, you help so many people out. Bless you, much appreciated :)

I've been identifying a few local landmarks from this site,

    http://www.britainfromabove.org.uk

one of my FB friends posted it on a local group I belong to, sharing memories of when we we were kids. The aerial shots were taken yonks ago but you may be able to spot places near to you now or when you were growing up etc.

You can join in and add pins to help them identify images :)

Easiest way I found to search for the town I live in now was to 'click on "more search options" below the search box to access the advanced search page. Search by map, by year, keyword, place name, or a combination of these.'

I'm sure you know but plan any activities / trips on Fri with military precision. Tour de Yorkshire starts in Brid on Fri (or are you going to go to ogle at the mens legs :D;):D)

    race timings:

Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Good morning all, bright and sunny today but got down to -2.3 C last night

Off on a bike ride today, assuming the weather doesn't develop a bite
