Well I spent too long weeding and missed the whoopsies. The weather has gone downhill as the day has gone on:o

I ran tonight in my new running shoes and what a difference from my old trainers:T I ran further and a bit faster. They are so light and comfortable I put off buying them as I wasn't sure whether I would take to it but I think it's been a good investment:)

Does anyone fancy a slice of farmhouse fruit loaf?
