Ta for this, I needed night cream as I finally used up the jar I'd been using since last February :(

I had a look on the website and found a Botanics night cream for £2.50 and then I remembered the little town where our Waitrose is and where we were this morning also has a little Boots. There I found the last 2 on the shelf :D
On my Boots app this week Ive had new offers and this included 100 points for any purchase and 50 points for Botanics so my 2 night creams came to £2.50 and I got 158 Boots points :T

So thats me sorted for another year.

I also checked the baby section for COs baby cereals but this Boots strangely has virtually no baby food section beyond some milk products - I suppose it cant compete with 2 supermarkets close by.
Bargain:T:T:T i have not got extra points for Botanics :(

Last year I went to sit out in the garden, this was when we had the bird feeder central in the garden, I had hardly sat down when a sparrow hawk did a fast low level pass from the apple trees directly across the bird feeder, scattering everything in its wake and then did a sharp right turn into the next garden - all too fast for any photos.
Needless to say before I settle in the garden chair now I do a scan for anything loitering in the apple trees.
We also moved the feeders to the side of the house so the garden birds have more cover incase of another attack :)

I stood watching for a while before said SH made its move and if I'd had my phone with me, who knows ..............

I've always had the feeders close to the shrubs mhoc, it gives the birds a little security usually, but not that day  :(

Oh dear mhoc, I can understand your lads not wanting to be on your list. Cut the apron strings with them and they may feel more inclined to let you know where they are off to one day.

With my lot, they aren't on any find lists but they've all been brought up to ring or text when they arrive at their destination, because they freely tell me where they are planning on going. I also used to tell them to let me know when they were leaving to head home.

Now it's all done on auto. A text to say he has arrived, text to say carpark found. Text to say what a time they're having after a day of two, then a text to say 'heading home'

This all started from getting their first mobile phones and it's so ingrained in their brains that they carry on with this, I wonder can we turn things round for you and your lot mhoc xx
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

It is - I think it is those events, usually sadly great calamities, where "you remember where you were". It is 28 years since the disaster at Hillsborough. For me, even though it's not a round decade number, I think it has greater resonance today as it is a Saturday afternoon. I remember that I was walking, somewhat insignificantly, in the City Centre doing shopping. I had just walked past Argos and then past an electrical store, probably Curry's, with a bank of television sets visible from the street. On the televisions I saw the disaster beginning to unfold. I shall never forget that - and I got home that evening and the newsflashes came on. It will be the same day of the week today, as it is 28 days and the days of the week in the calendar repeat every 28 years. So, as we remember the disaster, spare some thoughts for those that lost loved ones or were left with tragic memories themselves, as we pause to reflect on that tragic day.

Thank you - but I am still lost ! When I click on the person I get a drop down menu and then click on Activity That gives me a long list of stuff headed Online & High Street which just lists all my transactions from the previous few years. I don't seem to have a list which includes Clicksnap - I must be missing a step.

Just seen you're coming down to Southampton. Lucky you're not earlier as they have a home match against Man City at 5.30pm & the roads will be chaotic. Not sure where you're staying or going but hope you have a fab time x

I still have Eldest child on my FindFriend list - its very comforting knowing where she is, halts the heart stopping panics. The boys refuse to be put on my list and as a result I never know where they are and it is the worst nightmare ever.
Yes its a bit like stalking but mostly its a case of I check before I disturb Eldest child by messaging her at work or if I know they are en route north I check to see if they have arrived before ringing or messaging.

omg I thought I was the only Mum who is a stalker! But I am not alone!
I became like this with my kids when I hit menopause and its only recently starting to go away.
