Good Morning all
Same happened to me yesterday - the thought of free drink sends us into a frenzy :rotfl:“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Have to put some lawn sand down today, gambling that it WILL rain on Friday or I will have to water it!
Also going to plant some fuchsia seeds, Deltas Sarah, look very pretty fuchsias and just fancy having a go at growing them from seed.
I have spare rain if anyone needs it“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

We could really do with decent rain down here, we have had a couple of heathland fires up on the common in the last week, and another very minor one last night, it needs a good damping down, so can you send it this way please
It was weird though, was looking on the local radio website about it and they stated that the damage still showed from the one 6 days previous. Duh! It takes a good 6 months for the land to recover.
They are moaning about lost gorse etc, I've worked on a forest and seen enough fires to know it is nature's cleanser, this time next year it will be back more vigorous than ever. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
morning all
Weather back to normal this morning - cold, overcast, rain showers - I still might have to go out there anyway.
Errant son did another application form yesterday which took 12 hours to complete - all day from 10 in the morning until 10 last night with meal breaks and help from 4 of us
Today he is supposed to be in Brum later, not sure exactly when this is supposed to be. For now he is tackling his expenses form. It is for expenses for February so firstly he was working out where he was and when, what meals they had where and the mileage.
He seems to have a file box where the receipts were randomly crammed in, this didn't look too bad.
Then he decided that major receipts were missing so downstairs came a big pink under the bed box which seems to have every bit of his paperwork, possibly from last August including receipts.
Then he went to the big van and another armful of paperwork came out and he is sorting through this as well.
Its all over the living room floor.
I am starting to hyperventilate - our own paperwork it has taken me years to keep on top of and stay on top of and I am constantly re organising it and putting new systems in place so at any one time I can lay my hand on anything required and nothing vital goes missing.
The paperwork on the floor looks like the entrance to hell.
I will be keeping myself very busy and out if the way this morning so I don't have to look at it.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Been away for a long weekend so missed this one and need to stock up a bit:D
Thanks,

I've not been following this site for a while. I have read back on here for info on the wine deal but cant see any examples of the best white wines to buy for the greatest discount. Would anyone be kind enough to give me some examples please?0 -
