Facebook page, Twitter and website all disappeared, however the app is still on Playstore!
Looks like their Huge comms disaster has come back to haunt them !
They pulled the plug on all of those a while back now
There's an FB page here that tracked all the developments (director resignations, social media plug pulling, etc..)

Thanks, was just browsing and out of curiosity decided to look them up. Didn't realise they'd removed all of those.
Fortunately I got all my monies owed by Feb and haven't used them since the Nov debacle.

Good morning all, another glorious day here.
Was outside before 9 putting my washing out in my T shirt (and jeans!!)
TBW, thinking of your granddaughter. I remember when they used to keep people in for a fortnight after having their appendix out  That was too long but they surely need more than overnight! What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

It is a real shame if they have gone as I would never wish a company ill will even when they make a stupid decision. They were once one of the best cashback apps until they accused their customers of fraud. Even if people did have more than one account, they could have sent out an update to say that they were changing their approach, only one account per device etc. I know I used to login for Mrs Anon's account on my phone as I was normally processing receipts when she was off to bed/using her phone etc (I am sure I cannot be the only one who has cashback apps on their list of family tasks). I did end up with an additional account as I clicked too quick with the W4lkers promo and set up a new account rather than using the existing one, but then didn't use it again after that promo.
I just hope, as no doubt other Elite do, that CoS, CS etc don't take this approach too. I maintain accounts for family members who have limited stores near them so would be unable to take up many offers or they are pretty hopeless with cashback, MOCs or any other deals and they would never get round to it. Technically this is against the T&Cs (even buying items for another family member and uploading their receipt is, never mind assisting them by maintaining their account.
So a question - although against the T&Cs, is running an account with separate details fraud or illegal? On one level to me it is the same as using more than one MOC per transaction/claiming more than one offer "per household" (where household has been defined by email address) or per customer where you go in again? Technically claiming the same offer on CS and CoS would breach the T&Cs, so if they clamped down I would think all customers would be hit? And CoS doesn't ask for many details to define the customer (no name, just email address then bank or P4yPal for payout - where the same details can currently be used on two accounts legitimately).

In bed, with a sore throat, mild cough & a snivelly cold
The Little Lord Fauntleroy who lives here, with a cough last week, has opened and used all 3 bottles of Pholcodiene Linctus, leaving just a dribble in each bottle :mad:
The same Little Lord Fauntleroy that can't finish toothpaste up & opens a new one.
Or changes loo roll two thirds through & leaves them on the cistern ...
I'm ill & fed up

One for the legal experts and probably can't really be answered here with any expertise whatsoever unless any lawyers in the house ?
My take would be that if you supply your own full identical details for multiple accounts then NO, it would be against T&Cs only, however if you obtained goods under the pretence of being someone else by supplying false details then YES it would be fraud.
As for family member accounts, the same principle would apply. If the family members were aware and you were just managing accounts on their behalf, then NO, if they weren't aware, then YES.
All just my thoughts only which could be 100% wrong.0 -

A thoughtful post which I agree with
I do shopping for DIL who pays me the reduced price We have a joint bank account which I raid now and again as I paid tie full price So I run with her approval I am off to buy little pots in Sainsbobs who when I complaint about my recent humiliation over the till spits was told I should not be using my nectar card if the shop is not for my use
I now only use Sainsbobs when I need too No point in being fussy when I save money
Snap hope you feel better soon I am sure many of us live with other halves like that so we can empathise0 -
