If you return them to store then they do the refund back to your card and input 'no receipt' whe asked for a number (as ty can't use the CC number. I don't see hw they can link this back to your original order .

The free bottle of amstel still shows for me online with 0 redemptions. Historically that would have been left on the app but it's not on the app anymore so it looks like something has changed

I've been claiming for CS via the website more and more these days because it gives you the receipt ID.

The Hot X Buns are the first I've uploaded through the app for ages so I can't comment on whether or not this is normal now

Presumably you kept these ones because they have the advertised shower holders this time? If not, why accept them? Return them to the store you just got them from....like they want you to do

As they're clearly watching me in that store I didn't want to prove them right, they were adamant I could not return them other than there and then. Made it clear I couldn't return them at all otherwise.

I'm going to leave it a a bit then return. They can't say no if not as described.

I think they were trying to scare me into not returning them again, the person IS a jobsworth as I've encountered them a while ago over coupons.
I WILL try to return them at some point.
