That's really good im so pleased, the thing is in the beginning I would have never even dreamt of chasing up mine/DH missing points especially those back from November, It was only as I was successful to get mine from mid Feb that I then chased up the November ones and got those from the advice of others on here..It seemed pm fb was the best.
So those who haven't got there points yet go to FB ne3tar and pm them...but just say your points are missing from a transaction (give them the date) from Viking. Please advise. They were really quick and pit points on quickly.

Good Morning all and aau lol:)

Anyone know how to sort out a remote control for a freesat humax box which has just decided not to workplease . It's not batteries and I've tried the usual things but no go. It's most annoying .Thanks

You say it's not the batteries - how long were the batteries out of the remote? Might be worth taking them out for a while just to try to reset it? I've done that with another remote but that was not working because DD had done something to it.

How old is the box? Might be worth contacting Humax to ask how to get the remote going, you might even hit the jackpot and get them to send one out?

If all else fails it might be worth getting a universal one, they are easy to programme up and don't have to be expensive.

Thank you Enterprise. I have done the taking outof batteries for a good 10 mins and unplugged the box for a couple of minutes but no go. Not sure about age but around two years I suppose. What do you mean by a universal one ?Thanks I ll try their live chat but doesn t open till 10.
