Oh and did I tell you that when shop was closed on Wednesday, we had a lorry reverse into front of our charity shop doing loads of damage? Volunteers spent Thursday fixing it up temorarily, with false wall so we could open on Friday and just lose one day. Then landlord will arrange proper repair. I keep asking myself if this was a co-incidence? Several people put doubt into my mind :( Done in daytime, but no-one saw it till later. There is CCTV footage but number plate unclear/obstructed. Driver appeared to reverse into shop frontage and then drive off

I am of course not insinuating anything

    But

Did I say that the lady bitten was from traveller family ;)

Is it racist to mention that

    If so I apologise :o

In fact now I've had a good look, most of my emails are even sillier than usual:rotfl:

    Welcome home Westie..:)

How is our little baby this morning Di?
They came home from hospital on Friday night but had to go back in yesterday for another four hours under the blue lamp.
She is beautiful and so well behaved but they seem to think that's lethargy because of the jaundice and won't last.

2nd clearing out day for me. Spent most of yesterday emptying my cupboards in the kitchen as they should be coming next week to rip it out. I bought 2 plastic boxes with lids and put all food stuffs in there. My dd and sil came on a shopping trip to Mums stash and freezer and went away with 4 bags. Trying to tidy up the stash as that too ha to go into storage. Realised my hotel is only booked till 6.4 and house im going to not available till 10.4. Just went online and managed to book till 7.4 but last 2 nights will have to be elsewhere unless a cancellation comes up. Ill email the company doing the bookings to tell them I booked another night and see where im going then.
So back home this morning to empty kitchen drawers and then upstairs to do a bit more sorting.
Not sleeping well at all and I think its all getting to me now. Still will be better once im in the house

    Morning All,

Looks like it will be a nice day. DH may get the grass cut!

Couldn't get focussed on any thing yesterday. Mourning the academisation of my lovely school. A sad day.

In an effort to cheer me up DH suggested a trip to M&S.

Had a £5 off £40, so got 3X£12 for 2 wines (25% off 6) plus some nice food for dinner. Got the £66 bill down to £35 as also wombled a £1 car park voucher. :j (Plus, the usual Stewards Enquiry as the bill has come down so much :rotfl:)

I have also managed to book a nice Airbnb in London for Spring Bank Hol.

Can't decide wether to declutter or garden today. No cooking, as off to birthday tea tonight. May do a road trip for more M&S wine, Mr W £5 off £30 and coop meal deal! Posh food for a week!

DH working away all week, so I am concentrating on Uni work. Will need some treats to keep me motivated!

    Have a lovely day.:)
Really sorry to hear about your school, I dread that happening to mine. Was it the result of an Ofsted report?

Sorry to hear that - a number of people have mentioned issues and where it had gone wrong is not searching for the specific £10 Thank You gift card - other gc don't allow the N3ctar product code to go through. If you can get the gc and N3ctar added, add another item like paper etc.

My 5000 points gift cards didn't have thank you on , well the ones delivered didn't. It had a pic of all the places you can use them.

    Good Morning all :)

Had a quick look round the first bootsale round here and bought a purple kipling bag , quite a good size for ...... wait for it £5. Chap said it cost £90 and I believe him.

Off to the cinema with Nellie soon :D
