I was in Holland and Barrett's earlier looking round and came across an offer . There were 4 aloe Vera products one was a colon cleanse worth about £6.50, aloe Vera shampoo, conditioner and some kind of aloe Vera cream and it said if you buy anything in the shop you can get one of these items for £1. Lots of things there for under £1. Might help someone0

Got home this afternoon, we had a wonderful time, but internet was "rubbish".
On Saturday we saw some thermometers reading 29 degrees C, and it was hot, was pretty warm Sunday, on Monday it was back to normal so we could walk without feeling way too hot! What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
