Try tomorrow maybe a glitch, but this could be why you are not getting refund , i thought it had to be under £30 to claim online? when you refuse it they should put it through

I am wondering if it's anything to do with the lockers they have introduced at my store as I have had other issues, I don't think sada know their a$$ from their elbow TBH.

I have successfully reclaimed online over £30 but under £50 on a sharpey shop.

I would appreciate any advice as to the best Vehicle Breakdown Cover. I haven't bothered with any up till now but, as the new car I got for my DIL who had her Motobility car taken away broke down with a flat battery 2 weeks after I bought it, I am feeling a bit concerned that mine might break down on me !

I have looked at RAC AA and Green Flag all via the Top Cash Back site. AA is very expensive for the full package and implies that the cost will rise after the first year. RAC works out at around £120 with £50 cashback and Green Flag comes in at £49 with £14 cash back. So Green Flag looks like the best option - does anyone have any comments on the choice between RAC and Green Flag and their reliability please ? Or any other suggestions ?

I tend to go for the independents and switch each year - last year 2Gether through Gr0upon. They use the similar network of garages as Greenflag at a fraction of the price for full home start/recovery/ overnight etc. Check Gr0upon through tcb/QC first - there is currently an offer at £27 for the year.

Someone has just posted one on the darkside. Could be worth keeping an eye on the thread to see what pops up.

I'm with these and I can recommend them. Called them out a few times and never had any issues. The last breakdown I had (engine fubarred) a Green Flag man (not sure how that works) turned up and towed me to a garage.
