Just back from looking at the rental property. Its very nice and I have told the agents I'll take it. I cant have it until 10.4.17 so will be in the hotel till then. Only minus is the tv is quite small but I can live with that. Spoke to water company about a refund on my water meter for the water escape and they are looking into it. I also wrote to my local council as you can get a refund on your council tax in these circumstances. Still getting niggly remarks from both my sisters about being in a hotel don't know what their problem is! Off to London tommorow for a catering job but just for the day.0
