I quite like it now but it's taken about 45 years, good if you want a mid-day sugar fix on a workday, I find, as it's very very sweet.

Reason it took so long is that every week my ma used to make home made fishcakes, served with runner beans and mashed potatoes, but for reasons best known to herself, she served the lot in a puddle of Heinz tomato soup.

    OMG... that is cruel!

Aahh. Now i see why Hillbern was trying to compare

Shame it didn't work but buying 4 would cost £6.76 with £4.06 back from shopmium and £2.80 from cos (so profit of 10p for 4 packs)

I also had a mooch in S whilst I was out....a few more of the toiletries have gone down to 20p although the stickers were there the shelf was bare.
I think it's clearly a Tuesday thing and by wednesday it's all gone.

But I did find packs of the comic relief monkeys and tea....bit of an emotional moment as old habits die hard and all that....but for £4.50 red nosed monkey came home with me and is now sitting amongst the collection on a very special shelf..........

Can we beg to differ LEJC I'm 99% sure it's a wednesday thing and the early birds catch the worm. :o

I often pop into Sainsbobs on a tuesday after having my free cafe nero as it's nearby and I don't see the SELs changed to 20p until the wednesday but by the time I get there after dropping DD to work in the afternoon there is little left if anything. Last year when she was doing lots of overtime and I was dropping her there for 9am I was luckier.

Anyone in the market for a SIM only deal?

7gb EE 4Gee Max data, unlimited minutes, unlimited texts

£4.50 per month after cashback claims (send bills in Month 4/6/8/10/12 - can upload the PDF to their website to claim and cheque is paid within 6 weeks) You can get this offer from either Mobiles.co.uk or e2save.com - personally I have gone through TCB to Mobiles.co.uk for £15.75 TCB cashback, taking it to £3.18 per month.

The e2save offer is being discussed here:
    http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/ee-7gb-unlimited-mins-free-roaming-poss-3-25-month-after-cashback-12m-e2save-co-2629667#comments

I know a few people were stung when P4U went under - both the above are divisions of CPW/Dixons so are possibly as reliable as you can get for a cashback deal. Only do this deal if you are organised - put the bill dates in your calendar to remind you to submit - when your bill is ready you have 60 days to claim.
