No i dont use OO as a rule bt need some and was wondering as some is really expensive:eek:

Ah, I thought you meant that particular brand.

I use EVOO for cooking, have done so for years, it is usually expensive so I get it when it's on offer, but this is a very good price.

To be honest, I can't see the actual brand name making much difference for an everyday EVOO so the cheaper the better.

Went to S PFS, paid for fuel with points.

Shoes for mag, not looked at it yet.

MS Food to use up an odd 35p on GC and part of a credit note. That caused a problem. I bought meat 3 for £10. Till took the 35p first, then it promptly reallocated all the meat back to its original prices. So then I had to get the items out of my bag to 'prove' it was 3 for £10, then the SA tried again, no joy, so then we had to check that it was indeed ''mixed and matched correctly'' at 3 for £10, then she did it manually, took the 35p one, then I paid the balance using part of a £15 credit note and the till spat out a new credit note (ie the £15 less what I'd spent) and then a second credit note for 35p to replace the one it had just voided off, and the SA couldn't figure out what was what, so she just gave up and handed me all the bits of paper back so I could work it out later... I felt so sorry for the people behind me... :o

    [...]

So my idea which was to reduce the bits of paper floating around here, did not really work... got more now than I started with... :rotfl:

Sounds like my APGs sometimes. Sometimes random amounts taken off:huh:, that bear no relation to the price of any non-qualifying item that should not have been bought (i.e. items that technically you should not use an APG against), sometimes amounts taken off but then vouchers randomly voided. It was a lot better before the 'new' system.

It was TM who posted the oil info. :)

I haven't been for any yet, hopefully tomorrow or Friday.
Don't go yet Seren, the Oil is a weekend special at Lidl so won't be available at that price until Saturday and Sunday :)

I was too knackered to post these last night but I'm always of the opinion that someone might benefit:)

Got about 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep last night. Pure bliss:)

    A v S
    1x Ribena Blackcurrant Squash (850ml) £2.46 £2.00

    A v T
    4x Dreamtime Ridge Australian Red Wine (75cl) £16.00 £15.80

    A v M
    1x Silvikrin Classic Maximum Hold Hairspray (250ml) £2.00 £1.60

I shouldn't worry - I am often too tired to post!:rotfl: Jelly Babies that got unmentioned for a week, other posts that I could have waffled on about nothing but decided not to post as just not got the energy to spend the time, so have never posted and can't remember what any of them were to be about now so will never be done. Six months has gone by sometimes:rotfl:. Or even longer.

I do have that (the hairspray) - came across it last night, in my one page a day for the next 16 days, I'm just going ever so slowly, I can't remember why I ruled it out now - there was something else that works out a lot cheaper and then I decided that that 'something else' wasn't really very good either so ruled both out and put nothing onto the list. I think it was a "why bother as that's been cheaper than this before?" situation - I will take a look back now.

I think we had lines crossed, I meant Click & Collect, you mentioning coming from 80 miles away sounds like Hoime Delivery, or does a store 80 miles away pick it and deliver it to a closer store? Confusing
