    nope it wa s clawed back...
    update update ...managed to get in the van ouchy and with all my paperwork went to confront the guy.
    He was apologetic and didnt know a thing except his bank had contacted him and told him they had failed to debit him for the bill he paid us...from there he knewe nothing.
    I gavehim al the details of what they had done, he is going in to his branch to see his business manager firstthing to get something sorted..hope that does it as its real scay :eek::eek:

    Sounds like a bank error then, I hope you get some compensation for the aggro!!
