Yes, that is exactly what it means....if you hover your cursor over where it says 'faster paying' it comes up with a box explaining exactly that.

yes I've brought on their own and not all together but in multiples of 3 ..you could buy another 9 bottles in one shop on their own as you have already brought 3 bottles
