Dreadful night of chest pain. Had to resort to Andrews & a can of fizzy pop to try & bring the trapped wind up. So painful :(
Must of been the garlic in my crispy shredded beef :o
Plus I've drunk soda :(:(:( & that will aggravate the Gout

    :o:o:o

    woe is me :o

You poor thing, I feel for you. As much as I like Andrews I tried to ease up on its use. The price is now  I've resorted to buying own brand and even that is  I often have a swig of neat Peppermint cordial to ease the wind and pain :D

Get well soon sweetheart, ruddy gout can drag on, roll on fine weather when sandals look good :).

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

    Good morning Elite

Grey sky and windy here. Not much to report as I've not been up to much apart from a quick Mr A shop and a visit to Mr T, nothing to report from either.

My sleeping problems roll on, and on, though I did sleep from 2am until 9.45am the other day :T

Useage of face creams etc is still going well, I haven't put it in my signature yet but have used a sachet every morning if Garnier stuff and a dollop of night cream from a pot I was sent to test. Odd squirts of eye cream from small phials. So as you can tell it's all going good. I've not had any in for me, the 2 I've had delivered are in my box of goodies for hampers.

Hope everyone well, hugs to the poorly Elite and BH, poor man xx

Hugs also to those low in spirits, you're in my thoughts daily xx

    Good Morning Elite

Berry Bear let me lie in till 9 this morning, so kind of him, but I had a good sleep after going to bed 11'ish last night and only getting up twice during the night to let Noela out for a wee after she barked. Checked FB messenger and saw that friend who runs our local rescue, who was covering for me today at shop after I covered for her on Thursday morning, can't make it as she is in hospital  Still waiting for details but I said that as I was up, I would go in for the 1-4 shift after all, otherwise we would have to close shop at 1

So I've fed woofers, had my breakfast, caught up on here, had my shower and will go out at 12.30. The wind has picked up around here again after very quiet day yesterday. Not as bad as Doris of course, but very breezy

Forgot to say, well done on getting that land at auction rhos. Will it be pasture when it's cleared?

    See you all laters

  • good morning all

this was mentioned a while ago

but just a reminder incase anyone missed it how good the old mout cider offer is on cos from tesco

the Old Mout kiwi & lime cider 4x330ml £1.50 refund works on each seperate old mout fruit cider 500ml bottle

you can have up to 12 claims per account and the bottles are 3 for £5.00 at the moment

so after cashback 12 bottles for £2.00

but in multiples of 3 up to 12 bottles

also you can mix the flavours as receipt only says old mout cider
