When you say they claimed it back, do you mean from their bank or did you refund them? I've heard of the second case (as part of our ethics course)

As a side note, any business owners out there should be very careful that any refunds issued are paid into the same bank account that the money originally came from.

For info: OH bought a 20 pack of cider (strongbow) at t's yesterday for £4.xx. It was probably being discontinued at that (metro) store, but might be worth checking.

Does anyone have any tips on the best things to have in My Picks at Waities at the moment please? Can you only make a limited number of changes or can you keep chopping and changing as much as you want? TIA
