Just come from SD I had to click on individual item and get them from there :D

I've been naughty and got into trouble today :o. Decided as I was home all day I'd move one or two bits of bedroom furniture round

Legs, back and shoulders are burning and achy so I'm covered in Deep Heat, it smells lovely but if Mr AJ gets too close it burns him  can't take anymore pain killers until bedtime :o

Went to pictures yesterday morningthen we had carvery lunch only DS4 and his DGF could join us, I didn't mind though as I was paying for the food :rotfl:

Snow never stayed long here, it turned to rain but didn't freeze :T

Last week we had a bit if a menu crisis.
OH made chicken casserole with the usual veg but the potatoes sort of dissolved so it was more like chicken soup - urgh - I did make a good attempt at eating it though.
Then another evening I made my famous chicken pasta bake, just the same as usual, I eat mine but OH half way through said he could eat any more :(

So today OH said he wanted something different for dinner but he had no idea what. We looked in Marks but nothing of interest so instead we went to Aldi.

Success - In Aldi we found chilli, lime and coriander chicken breasts - very similar to the more expensive version we used to get in Marks (but breasts instead of marks fillets) £2.49 :T - we had these with rice and roast potatoes and the usual veg - very nice.

Also Aldi are again selling coffee in tins which are identical in looks and taste to Nescafe Azera which usually sells for £3/£4 - the Aldi version is £2.29 for 100g - it vanished from Aldi over Christmas so it might be a seasonal thing.

Aldi cheese - I always buy the 350g blocks but even the extra mature version was a bit insipid but now they have a vintage version which is on another shelf £1.99 for 350g - slightly more expensive but much more bite - I think I will get vintage for eating, extra mature for cooking.

(Yellow labels are a very rare sight around here so sadly we have to pay full price for everything. All Ive got in the freezer with a yellow label is a lamb shank from Marks for £1.85 because we got talking to someone in Marks late Sunday afternoon)
