Thank you for your suggestions. Don't need things from local shops as not doing a raffle but thanks :)

Good idea! Even local tescos attached to garages have a budget for local charity events, they may be able to provide food or drink etc. Also B&Q stores all get a budget for charity, and they may have lights tucked away somewhere.

Talking of lights seen some xmas type lights in the clearance section in a couple of homebases may be worth checking out

Snap ...... What about asking the local shops for donations of the things you need, including food stuff. When I worked for local charity apart from fundraising to help run the charity if we were holding events for children I used to take a letter to the shops and ask the leaving the letter with them.

Other than that, I can't help sorry X

Snap, I love the idea of approaching Disney, and also local shops. I would include a greengrocer and ask for fruit that can be cut up i.e. melon, apples etc (and grapes) the kids all tend to eat them over the cakes. Also there may be a local catering college that would be happy to help out?
Thanks just printed a few. Do love these soups, great for my diet as they are quite filling.

Did notice with the Arla Lactofree milk mocs that you could just ignore the use by dates as the 'self serves' still accepted them when out of date. Maybe the same with these.

I had searched for the Arla lactofree milk but could not find them :(:(:(

My local morrybobs SA are very trouty.. so I am going to send the kids to get them :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I will watch from the safety of the car!!
