We did pop into Shoes on the way back and picked up Xmas wrapping packs - 4 rolls paper, tags and ribbon for 40p each. Then the heavens opened with real icey rain  poor. Sis - it's been a couple of decades since she has experienced a British winter! Headed home for nice cuppa and a warm up. :rotfl:
Had a nice surprise from Markies - £10 off no min spend with combined nicely with my other Sparks offer :T
Off to book hotel and flights to Dublin now - popping over with Sis to catch up with my Mum's :A little Brother and Sister and no doubt will come back with a load of Irish sausages and black & white pudding.
Hope you are accumulating loads of points in Sainsbobs. xx
Apart from the rain it sounds like a lovely day Rockie. I love black pud and white but can't get it here in Suffolk

There's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

:mad::mad::mad: not had it yet, we used to go every xmas and New yr:T:T:T
We used to go every New Years when our two were young. For a few of those years we stayed at a fab hotel at St Johann in Kitzbuheler. They still send us a Christmas card:A
At New Year, people used to carry their own fireworks - rockets and bottles to put them in - around in backpacks. They would just light them anywhere....right in front of you sometimes. It terrified me:eek:
