If anyone's elderly parent needs these on daily basis due to continence issues, it may just be worth asking the GP if they can have a referral for a visit from the continence nurse. The outcome of that could be free pads/pants.

My mum gets these but only allowed up to 4 a day and they are not the pants just pads. Mum always runs out before the next delivery so these always pants are very handy
