never participated in the nectar "game" but went and got a card after you were all talking about you wins on the last big weekend.
am I right in thinking when you do £10 lots of fuel you need to go to cashier to pay, not pay at pump?
Also how quick do the points go on your card, are you able to spend them the same day?

    TIA

Pay at the pump is excluded from the promotion so you need to pay at the cashier. You will get a till spit coupon with the points on, which you can either swipe when you do a shop or take to customer services. I can't remember how long the points take to show on the account, but hopefully someone else can :)

while the Napolina ones are on offer for 50p it might be a chance to do a blind taste test to see if there is a significant difference between branded and supermarket own
I've just got my lists emailed to me and it wasn't a lemon it was a melon :rotfl: Looked like a lemon to me :o

Have to say I do prefer napolina toms as love the thick juice :)

Glad to know it was a melon as I was feeling discriminated against! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

My brother swears by 'more expensive' tomatoes so I thought I might do the blind taste thing as you suggest, mhoc.

Perhaps later today we could all share our S shopping lists?

Sorry to hear about your friend, but great to hear about your granddaughter.

I don't think I will ever be old enough to be a grandmother, in spite of the fact I have two grandkids:rotfl::rotfl:

Thank you for the cuppa and biccy :D

Lovely to see you back marmite....although your offer of ginger biscuits has reminded me of a little vent I want to have...

so it was my birthday last month and someone very dear to me bought me some posh biscuits...shortbread my favourite, but they were laced with lavender and my god they are horrible!
so here am I happily trying not to pull a face each time I eat one but also mindful of not actually saying I like them for fear of getting them again.
The tin was beautiful but the contents leave a lot to be desired...there I've said it now |(not to the person who spent good hard cash on them)...but at least I've got it off my chest.
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
