I've never got my head around SYNS etc. I only have a few more pounds to lose and then it's all about maintaining.

I got a set of Argos basic tableware at the time we needed to spend x number of nectar points to get x back and the dinner plates are tiny - probably ideal for nouvelle cuisine but for a good salad more of it ends up on the table than on the plate

My SYNS are normally crisps , cream cake or chocolate not all at the same time lol.
