As I've been checking wombles, I'm looking at the S prices and I hate to say that there's nothing much jumping out cheap at the minute.
Even the cashback items are highly priced in S:o
Evening luvlies, I've started a S list ready for Friday, my car will be running on fumes from Thursday, have just under a quarter of tank in it. DH said he had to fill his up on Sunday but that should be nearly all gone by Friday, happy daysOh no sorry you didn't like them. Try using half a muller light instead of all natural yoghurt. It makes it a lot sweeter. I have the overnight oats every day and love them. Weighed in tonight and half pound off my 6.5 stone award.
Edit: I've just seen that Classychick also suggested this too. I've now caught up!
Wow, what a weight loss :T. Well done you. Another fan of the overnight oats here. I do a plastic mug full in layers for DH and I, we share a muller between us and the rest is the Fage yogurt so not too sweet. Fage and berries both on my S list :rotfl: BTW, had a win with Carling tonight thanks to a goal by Luiz. The Free lager wins expire end of March now, great to put towards the £10 S spends
Anyway, here's my list so far

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -
Have you tried home made yogurt. It has a sweet taste unlike the shop bought stuff
. I use full fat milk though and in mot sure if skimmed would work making it fat free
I agree. Home-made is lush. The nurse told me to eat full fat yoghurt as it makes you feel fuller. I make it myself to avoid added sugar.0
