:eek::eek: you dont need slimming world

Awwww but my big butt says I do :rotfl::rotfl: it's more me trying to support dh as he's put on 2 stone in 6 months and cause he doesn't do a physical job he's struggling . Plus the weird thing is if I have this right you actually can eat more,I usually have biscuits for my breakfast and lunch but this is bad (;)) and lots of syns but today I had poached egg, bacon medallions ,grilled mushrooms and beans and that was syn free
I had free cakes from the Co-op.

They had a big display stand of balloons and very large cupcakes promoting the new card. Unmanned, so I asked a passing SA what the cakes were all about. Got told to help myself, so I did - went and got a bag from the produce section. Choc cupcake and a vanilla one and a gingerbread man. :D

Anyone doing slimming world who is looking for sausages should try Porky Whites Lights.

Half a syn per sausage and they are dee-lish (just tried some for the first time tonight)

They are £2 per pack of 6 in A and well worth every penny (and that's coming from me!!)

This is great ,thank you. Dh was moaning as I wouldn't let him have sausages this morning but these will be perfect and get you splashing out :rotfl:

I didn't get anything less than 500 points last time which surprised me as at the time as I THOUGHT 200 WAS the minimum :think::think:
