    Sounds good. Did you get much whilst in Asda this afternoon? ;)

    That would've involved leaving the house and a trundle on a bus, so no :p

    Another womble with vodka and a pregnancy testing kit on the same receipt:think::think:

    Is it the same person:eek::eek::rotfl:
    I'm sure I've posted this before. Years ago, long before the elite, I was in A very early one morning, about 5am. There was only one till open and one other customer in front of me. She bought a pregnancy test and a tow rope :eek: :rotfl:

    Oh no...that's the first time I've heard that.....maybe we should have a competition for the most unusual item bought with a pregnancy testing kit:rotfl:

    Can you still get 9p bananas? That price increase to 72p/kg has put mine up - usually finding about 13p/14p for one now. Not that it matters over the sake of a penny or two on shopping largely paid for by wombles anyway:rotfl:.

    I suppose the absolute MSE approach would be to buy a whoopsied banana at 2p. However, that's extreme:eek::rotfl:.

    Thought you were having the week off:D

    Or was it just a week away from Morries?:)

    No, it was just a week away from systematic collection of prices at M, - I may still visit M if it turns out I need to but I won't be actively collecting prices. It doesn't mean I won't be on this thread, indeed not going to M today has definitely freed up time for me to be somewhere else - I would not have been able to visit T, just as it happened, tonight if I had been doing M. I didn't need to visit T tonight either, but I did. I assert that I did anyway:rotfl: - I have yet to present any evidence showing that I did to this site, and, even if I were to do so, even "incontrovertible" evidence may simply be disagreed with:rotfl::rotfl:. I did, I think, need to visit the Aldi nearby though as I definitely needed the other frozen veg I bought from there. Just convenient to check T for the Squashies on the same journey, as I had not done so before, on the off-chance, but of course (as usual:D) no luck. It wasn't essential to buy anything from them, but it was useful. IMO anyway, as of course other opinions will undoubtedly exist, or be possible to exist, leaving me not knowing what to believe:rotfl:. If I had gone to M, I would now be on the road somewhere, probably returning northwards on the motorway back to home. Instead, I'm here, relaxing:D:T:T:cool:. (Unless anyone wants to dispute that I am relaxing; in which case I suppose that, in their mind, I am doing whatever they think!:D:cool:)

    Actually, there's something on the BBC News Channel now (a repeat of Newsnight) about someone who denied the Holocaust, "lying in this new era" and opinions(?) about whether opinions are equal (someone saying (asserting?), to paraphrase them, as I have to be truthful of course as this may not be a completely accurate word-for-word quote, that 'not all opinions are equal; opinions that are backed up by the facts have more support for them').
