He is still under the bed:(
But Mrs Tibbs who lived rough for so long, is taking it in her stride
You need to ask if you should avoid certain foods too, my FiL was given a bit of a list and it made a big difference, might be different for different people though. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

aaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggghhhhhhh
Gout is coming back:o:o
Sorry Snap, gout has got it in for you xx
Do you eat much red meat or oily fish? Or offal perhaps? I was shocked to find that I should avoid oily fish as regards to gout because I should eat it for arthritis in my joints. I'm looking into this further.
It seems that to avoid gout we should avoid foods high in purine, this is what produces the ulric acid that sets gout off. I think the NHS online should have something on their site that may help you.
Also, apply cold packs, use a bag of peas wrapped in a tea towel to area, keep leg and foot elevated.
Hope you feel better soon xxThere's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -
