I have been back and forwards all week to doctors 3 times and drop in centre once .

I have been on steroids and anti biotics ...then more anti biotics

As the tablets I take for rheumatoid arthritis lowers your immunity

So I couldn't take the R Arthritis drugs whilst on steroids ..so hence an episode of RA is in full swing

I am not complaining I just wonder if anyone else on here who maybe

has had the RA diagnose a long time ....has any helpful tips that they

have found to bring relief or ease the intensitivity of an attack ....Or

anything that they find helpful to minimise pain, episodes etc etc

I picked up some more jars of mincemeat today ....7p in S.....their best Taste the Difference.

I have quite a few to use up now so will give this a go next weekend in the hope it becomes a firm favourite.

Sorry to hear that you are going through this perky:o

Do you take someone with you when you go to see your GP.....might be worth it to give you a bit of moral support AND make sure you are on the right meds.

Good luck and hope you feel better soon
