What on earth has happened to the top cash back site ! I used to get a complete list of transactions with the current state of everything in different columns - now it's all in bits and hard to see what's what.

Not impressed especially as they appear to have lost a £70 odd m&S card that I requested mid June and they can't seem to find. Just keep telling me they are looking for it but don't know why I haven't got it.
