    OH been diagnosed with COPD for several years. 16% lung function at the moment and on oxygen 24/7. Never goes out unless absolutely necessary e.g. hospital appointments. But touch wood hasnt been back as an inpatient for 2 years now. At one time it was monthly admission. Since been on oxygen been more stable. Cant do much though e.g. housework, etc, you know the important things lol.
    Keep warm, soon be Spring :)

    Little A rtc heads up. Check the fruit juice fridge as mist of the section in mine was rtc.

    E.g. A orange juice, apple juice 1l, 40p
    Innocent Smoothies £1

    Too many to remember but worth a look if you have fridge space. Branded and A.

    I will eventually get a call to dish up some myself. It does smell rather nice. DD3 has come down to investigate. She must be starving don't think she ate any lunch.
