Is it wrong that I am worrying that it is already the 4th of Jan and I have not bought any xmas presents for next year yet?

a quick question please regarding energy smart metres.

Someone OH knows had a doorstep caller last night who was supposed to be from British Gas trying to sell him a smart metre - they are free arent they and everyone will get them automatically eventually?

    scammers everywhere

    Evening all!

    Yes they're free mhoc: https://www.britishgas.co.uk/smarter-living/control-energy/smart-meters.html

NSD for me today, just got to hope it can continue for another few days! I've offered to cook for our friends on Friday instead of going to the pub, so that should help, plus it means the two of us won't have to work our way through a large RTC pork joint on our own for days and days :rotfl:

Watching Alexander Armstrong in Naples and Herculaneum, really interesting programme, much better than I'd expected. DH wants to go back and see Pompeii one day as we didn't get to go during our honeymoon. Hard to imagine a whole town being buried under 30m of lava!

There is some decent reductions on Superdrug for Zoella gifts, if you are looking for your niece.

    This one especially for £6.99...

    It's £27.99 on Amazon
