If you get a Family card (free) you can get free coffees Mon to Fri. You can get at least two on each card. We have a card each as they sometimes give freebies out.

Is it just coffee or can you have free tea?

The hospital called me back early as next appointment wasn't until late September....

as when I got there the inflammation in my blood was exceedingly high

and they asked me back to give me another steroid injection ...phew

a lot better than I was thinking ...but when I first went in and she

asked how I was I said great since the steroid injection it has been

fab !!! All but cleared up ...she looks at my arms and legs and said this

is no where near clear look at the swelling and redness .....

I said well its the best it has felt for years I am happy ...

.she says you must have a high pain threshold ...so I say well I have been married twice
...she laughs ...and says it was her wedding anniversary that day

....so I ask her how long she has been married (oldish lady) and she said two years

....I said or lovely and you will both still be happy for a few years to come yet

...she laughed...I think she thought I was joking bless her ....and the

moral to the story is to think positive until told otherwise
