I don't really have one! I wash the redcurrants, boil them until soft in half a pint of water to 1 lb of redcurrants, mush it all up, let them drain through a muslin bag overnight, measure the juice and add 1 lb of caster sugar per pint of juice and then boil until set. There is quicker ways, Delia strains it after boiling the fruit then adding the sugar and boiling. You might be best off finding a recipe that suits you.
