Thank you - it sounds complacent (I should have kept records!) but am not sure if I have received mine, as I had the error emails and the duplicate emails. Has everyone had theirs now as expected or is anyone missing any?

I am 100% sure I am missing one where I got the error message, but then another family member received one more than they should have (as they only won once and got two).

Is anyone else replying to the emails with the additional info? They again were either duplicated or could be multiple requests for information?

I know - if I had only won once I wouldn't have this issue , but in my defence I had finished work and played while doing other things :A.

Haven't received anything today and still feel, (hope), that Saturday's are still missing. (Can't make any sense of recent results!) I'm not replying to the emails requesting additional info as feel I have done very well from this promotion anyways.
