  • Make a horizontal incision and pop it into the pocket, I used to do that with chicken then wrap bacon around it.

    Thank you good idea. I have loads of bacon at the ready.
    I have seen a lovely recipe to do a single breast in the slow cooker but step father a bit traditional so it needs to be tried out anther time.

  • Thanks tweets yes he's a JR who enjoys chewing anything... Including door frames, Christmas trees, slippers... Have discovered he doesn't like Vicks;) so our house smells very minty fresh:rotfl:


    Santa is currently in India apparently and will be at our house in 5 hrs 20 minutes... Not that the monkeys are excited:rotfl:
