Dont we love FB so much. They decided to lock my account so to get access again I had to identify 4 from a list of about 10 comments which were mine and 4 were very obviously mine. That was still no good so I had to log in from another device (not the main computer) from a list and this included safari from the ipad 2 minite ago (when I liked Jays pic!) Ive only been logging in from home so the same IP address each time and from the same ipad, phone or main computer Ive used for years so what is dodgy about that. I use a separate email address for Fb and the password is unique - its a phrase that expresses my annoyance with Fb and their constant unworkable updates and for locking me out for no reason ...

This morning it all seems to be minor annoyances so I am gritting my teeth and ignoring it all.

Main computer wasn't downloading emails this morning, ignoring it usually works and also a shut down and a re start but it didnt. OH came home and had a look and says you are not online - :o - why had I not noticed this :( So he switched router off and on and again and it was fine - maybe another update overnight.

Ronnie cat decided to do some regurgitating in the kitchen - probably Christmas excitement :(

We had a short message from eldest child to say she is not due in until 5.30 tomorrow :( So she is going to be with us for the shortest time possible , not counting tomorrow night it will be barely 3 days. I don't know why we thought it would be longer but we will have to make the best of it ...

OH is home early from work as he is not feeling very good, very bad nights sleep but he has put the tree up and we are about to do the lights so at least we are making progress

also got the stuffing balls made and put in the freezer - hardly worth the effort of doing more baking but I was going to do some pastry but no baking marg in the fridge, at least that's my excuse to go out :)

Afternoon all! Thanks again Redfox, I got another load of M&S rolls :j:j:j
Weirdly, I had a similar comment both times, yesterday from the CSA and today from the customer in front of me, that it was a good deal but that I buying a lot (6 of each!). I would have thought the first part of the sentence was explanation enough for the second part but clearly not! :rotfl:

I was actually horrified, I was looking at a pack of party food, only to realise it was £7!! I honestly thought the label must have been referring to something else but it wasn't, and people were barging each other out of the way to get at it all _pale_

Going to do a few more house jobs (including finding a home for all this loo roll :rotfl:) and then I'm off to Brizzle. Positive thoughts and prayers for the M5 please!

Sending you good travel vibes Arthien.

Told my boss about the M&S rolls yesterday at £1 and 3 for 2. He was :j. He asked me to go with so I could show him where in store they were (men!) and when we got there he picked up one pack and headed to the till. Good job I was with him...so he got his one for £1 - and I got the other 2. For £1. :D

    Aaaaaarrgghhh blippar!!!!

Just got this message from them.....

    Hello,

You recently participated in the McDonald’s® Good Times Advent Calendar Promotion and won a £10 Amazon voucher, subject to terms and conditions.

We’ve been unable to verify your claim and require some additional details from you in order to do so. Would you please email us at blipparadvent@mcdpromotions.co.uk, with your full contact details as follows:

    First name:
    Last name:
    Full Postal Address:
    Email Address:
    Date of Birth:

If we haven’t heard from you within 7 days of the date of this letter, unfortunately we will not be able to process your claim.

Not having much luck with this......:(

May be a daft question but how do those additional details enable them to verify your claim? Time/date of win and mobile device may help, other details cannot verify anything apart from confirming your existence - unless they just want them to allow them to pay out?

Useful to have a direct email address to hassle them too :).

Blippar is being difficult for me as well I took it off the phone last night and now I cant re load it from the apple store, the timer just goes around and around. So I tried to load it to the ipad but my ipad would only load an older version of blippar so the MdD would not work.
So then I tried Len the Lenova - sadly didn't win yet again ...

They are on to you ...... :D

Only joking, App Store does seem to have intermittent problems - two devices next to each other can have one download without issue and the other stalls.

I've been doing it regularly over the last few months, just be sure to buy some groceries at the same time. Never had a problem.

If the value of the groceries are higher than the apg used of course you can buy a gift card.

chrisv and I did a couple of test shops a few months ago.It didn't work on hers but did on mine because I had multibuy discount on mine.So the till calculated on the pre discount amount and let me spend £10 on a gift card but the total amount I paid was about £9.89.

I have a womble with 2 for £8 toiletries on receipt not appearing on apg.

Barcode 502597000418 .I have scanned with a.com and msl and is coming up as unknown product so could be a trigger in the 2 for £8.
    They are £5 each.
I don't know what they are.
