I've just had to do an "mhoc" and complain to Royal Mail because we haven't had ANY post for over a week- nothing. Not even the crap they get paid by the supermarkets to shove through your door. Very strange indeed. I saw the postie in the street just now but his response was that he only covered for days off so he couldn't help me.

Not annoyed at not getting the supermarket crap but quite irritated at not getting anything else

That could explain it as other offers have returned from general release to Exclusive and there may be a pattern of whether you claimed the offer previously (though some have been claimed and still return, so they seem to make it up ). I suppose it depends on how much budget they have from the supplier and therefore they may return to hit the targets?

I have just conferred with another family member and the C&G is on their account to claim today but was also claimed in Boots earlier this week.

They don't have the Collective yoghurt though, despite not ever claiming it previously.
