Not sure where Bear is today but think I heard him scurrying around in the attic a little while ago. I did mention to him last night in passing that I had a polar bear or two up there so think he has gone to round up the troops.

Anyway in his absence here's a pastel I did in class today.

One of mine is nicely ripening too. :D

I will eat stilton if it's cooked in recipes. But there are so many others to choose from on a cheeseboard that I love. :o

Last time we were in W there was a Cropwell Bishop tasting.....it was a creamy rich Stilton. That's one for my cheeseboard.....what would you have on your Cheeseboard TS?

I kept trying to find those at Poundland, but none local had them in:mad:

Thank you. No, I got them a few months back, think bubbs bought the find over from Hukd. I looked in a few Poundlands but none had any in. By chance I went to another one which does have a good variety of stock and found them in there :)

Well Berry Bear passed his blood tests with flying colours. The readings that were high last month, were back to normal and his abdomen no longer felt hard. So vet Andrei doesn't need to see him until his next dementia meds due, to do his prescription :j :j I was very relieved at results :j :j
