Started on the wrapping... how the heck do you wrap a 2ft high wrought iron chicken??? It seemed like a good idea at thetime for my DiL (and it was RTC!).

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Can you split a box and wrap it round to make it easier?

if you want to upend my cardboard recycling bin all over the drive you might find a suitable box right at the very bottom ....:rotfl:

    Might try that, thanks.

I have lashed loads of bubble wrap around it, 'cos he is a bit of a vicious cockerel!

Might stick him in one of the old felt 'stockings' that the girls had when they were younger, their presents this year are much smaller and much more expensive:eek:

Just had a giggle ... I could give her a c ock in a sock!

Made these for my dad, cost me £1 each for the bottle carriers from Poundland, saved the gold string stuff from a Birthday prezzie wrapping. The Blind Pig ciders were free with cash back. He'll be well pleased with them

    These are fabulous :j

I did ask in one poundland but they said they had not had them in yet  - each one seems to have different stock selection which is really annoying.
There is a mse poundland thread - that store in Glasgow has the best stock every :D
