Oh dear, that's odd :eek: I had 2 posts to quote and now they've gone

Susan, it's not easy trying to pace oneself, I'm still struggling to find it. I've always been on the go, even though, like you have had arthritis since my 30s. When you hit a good spell it's all systems go, rarely stopping for breaks when we should. After a lifetime of dealing with horses and dogs, then the children, I just kept going until things grind to a halt, such as now. And it's not down to dashing out for freebies and glitches either :rotfl: :rotfl:

Just take it easy as much as you can, measure your pace, rest in between and we can maybe learn together when our bodies are yelling at us to stop . It's a toughie bug we'll get there xx

Well my doc made his visit at tea time, usual cup of tea. As of tomorrow I can be downstairs sitting but not to be wandering around too much (I wish). So from 10am until 2.30pm I'm allowed freedom, unless I'm in too much pain, in which case I have to lay flat again. He's coming back late tomorrow or early Thursday, he wasn't sure which. I reckon he's going to try and catch me out.

He's a lovely doc, one of the old school. I could hear him talking to Mr AJ giving him instructions, so I now know fir sure it's the doc who is my jailor :eek:

Off to see if I can find the other post I lost xx
