I am just posting randomly about things now as I come to them.

    Cawoods Saltfish Cutlets (350g)£2.50

Good job I had my proper store this week, as opposed to my useless one in which, the last I had months ago when they were last at this price, there was a vague suggestion of these being around on a couple of occasions, with the product always OOS, then the SEL appeared in a strange place and the indication of the product remaining very vague and then all trace disappeared entirely. They have now gone down to their 'good' price - I would never have known without my good store as no trace elsewhere now! - I spotted them on another offer recently that wasn't a good one but they are now back to where they 'should' be.

Speaking of vagueness (from only seeing what is in some stores), with the 535g jar of Seafood Sauce being back, I would not be surprised if the Cornetto 5 pack had turned up in some M somewhere. They were very vague in my local stores too - I had about a couple of occasions of one version only in one store only and even then never with any stock and it was unclear (to me anyway and maybe it has to be even more clear to me than most people) whether there ever was a 5 pack or whether it really meant a 4 pack that didn't seem to be around in that flavour. Eventually, I visited the right store, after 35 complete no-trace - I wasn't even intending to try to pick up that item and didn't even know what it really was - and in the 'proper' store, it suddenly became totally crystal clear in there as fully in stock of several versions (one of only two places that ever were for me!). Just shows how, from my local stores, I was if-ing and ah-ing about it and never sure whether it really was the item in question or what item I was putting onto the list, I went on and off as it disappeared completely one week then the SEL only (never any stock) came back for one week two weeks later, so I put the item back on and me being in doubt about it, then removed it the following week when the item was no trace in my stores again.

Go to the 'correct' store and it seems to me they were consistent there all the way through! (I never had the Strawberry version at all prior to then, but just the vague indication of maybe possibly a Chocolate, maybe not, and me going off and on on it.) Just happens to be what sells out, or rather does not in some stores, and the location and placement of the items and whether, in particular stores, they therefore fail to attract shoppers' attentions. I wouldn't be surprised if either or both of these have come back in a number of stores, although I have no trace whatsoever and haven't seen any of them again so I don't know if M has them or not. I am saying not from my stores, but I wouldn't be surprised if someone now has one or more straight in their M which I have not visited.

This Cawoods product in my store before was very vague - and, now, I wouldn't even know it had 'come back' or gone onto £2.50 offer at all as it's not in my previously vague store at all - it's now total no trace there. It's not even a case of rising even to the level of vagueness now - instead it is complete absence and no indication at all. Of course - and I nowadays only know this from being elsewhere - it is not a case of the product "coming back" at all, as it has been in constant stock in my proper store. It is online, so in theory I could have found the offer - however I would not have identified it had it not seen it instore as I wouldn't have known to look for a product to be on offer without knowing it was on offer at all. Maybe it is not a case of the large Seafood Sauce having come "back" at all - but someone in some, probably very rare, store somewhere has always had it even though I lost it from my last remaining store six months ago. I look forward to vague indications now appearing in further stores:rotfl:, whilst I now know it is in full stock as it happens to have come into a store whilst I've been there.

It's different stores having some products at different times (sometimes it is) as, had I been visiting the store where it's now appeared, I would probably have been no trace all throughout the period when it was in my last remaining store (until it disappeared from there). It's the same with some RTCs - having had no trace whatsoever of the Toasted Oats cereal at £1 and now 70p for several weeks before I saw it in a store for the first time. When I looked at it online, it became clear from msm that I had missed it for several weeks as it had already been then £1 on the graph for some time - so it took me some time even to spot the product (just not in any stores I was visiting). I continued not to have it in my stores the week after, but now kept it as I know it to be elsewhere. Having now vanished from the store where I first had it, it's now, right now, making a first appearance around several of my stores. So this RTC, from months ago, that I didn't have at the outset, only spotted several weeks in, has now gone from those places, is still available now but in other Ms:rotfl:. Therefore - I've said this before - I could well add in bold a new RTC item one week but you don't have it - it could well appear in your store months after I add it - and of course I will now keep it on the list as I know these things continue to exist elsewhere or likely suddenly appear. Alternatively, at times, there could be a new good RTC in your M that I fail to add for several weeks because it only then appears in a store that I visit:rotfl:. However, I would hope that I am slightly quicker in getting stuff onto the list now, although I still miss stuff that others report from elsewhere, due to my going and changing my stores nowadays to try to get as wide a range of items as possible.

Thanks for listening to all the 'problems' of compiling the M list!
(Not problems at all, as I simply get what I get from there, which is a lot, and it doesn't bother me at all. I'm not bothered by it, but at least you and me now know the issue above to be aware of it. I'm trying my best:rotfl:. As you all can see. Throwing my hands up at my sixth store at losing a handful of items from all my stores each time:rotfl::rotfl:! Just - that's it - nothing more I can do:cool:! Has anyone got the Fox's Vinnie Biscuits tin?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: That was the one on Wednesday - not too worried though about that - I assume still £1.50 somewhere. So close as well, as one of my stores last time had a SEL but had gone OOS - but now that SEL has been taken away from that store by a too efficient member of staff:(:rotfl:. I may find it again when I choose a different set of six next time.)

The Captain Morgan 10 pack was a near-problem item on Monday for me, I wonder whether TBG will have it from their three stores? It's usually been the 4 pack that I have not had in many stores before, but I didn't have many problems with that on Monday and saw it in more stores than before. Usually, stores seem to have either 4 pack or 10 pack but not both - although I do have a minority of stores that do have both. I think all Ms are supposed to have both but it just depends what is in stock on any day.

Anyway, I ended up with the 10 pack version in a single store out of six on Monday. Nearly lost it altogether, but it did turn up in one. As I say, it was strange as it's usually been the 4 pack that has been in fewer stores. So I just wonder about TBG's chances of having it in any one of their three. I had no problem on Wednesday though as the 10 pack was in half of the stores I visited on that day:eek:!

I see now that it is the Magners 18 pack cider that the APG had comparing £10 A against £10 M about a week ago. I have the Magners 20 pack in M at £12 - and indeed that's what's showing online. Try as I might, I could not find any Magners 18 pack in M on Wednesday - I had the 20 pack a couple of times but no 18 pack anywhere. I do not know therefore where the collectors were getting the £10 price from. It could well have been correct if M has 18 pack at £10. It could be that it is in a rare number of stores and just happens that one of them is a collection store. I've tried six on Wednesday - and you could see from my list that they mainly weren't small stores - I've used some significant size cities - and no trace anywhere. Someone has it don't you?:rotfl::rotfl: Has someone got it in their M that I haven't visited?;):rotfl:

I do not know whether M have Magners 18 - the APG last time suggested that they do. Clearly not all pack sizes are in every store and some can be missing. I have got it as an outstanding item and, next time onwards, I will keep checking in every store until - if they have it - I find it.

I suspect this post is another insight into the 'problems' of price collection:rotfl:.

I've now got to adding new items to the M list. If it seems like I am adding some of them piecemeal - no-one will notice Savvy, only you:rotfl: - in other words adding for example only one of a range and seemingly missing other flavours, it is simply that I am working my way through the information as I have it and different versions may appear in it later elsewhere. (Even if I know some of the others from memory, it would duplicate my time to add the extra ones now, only later to reach the information written down, some time away, and then have to check if I'd added that version before or not. So, it's just convenient and quicker would you believe if I just stick to the information as and when I get to it.) The full range (even if I ever get it) doesn't necessarily appear in one store but I have other versions from other stores and therefore their details are in a completely different part of the pages I have. I may add just the one on my first page for now and reach the others later. It is not my final answer yet, but additional versions may get added until I've finished from this time.

Just an explanation as to why I am updating the list in the way that I am, although, once it is all updated, it will then not matter....

Anyway, I'm getting every other post now:eek:, so I ought to stop with new posts!

I went looking tonight but no lemon mayo for me. Will look for them at Aldi in the summer as I've not had it for years but loved it. Only one till spit for me and I have to spend £30 on Tu for my fuel voucher :( but I also paid for four items one at a time.

Heinz fancy light mayo in a glass jar reduced to £2, about 700g. Check the dates -- some 1 Jan but others October 2017.

The Hellmans lemon mayo is really gorgeous, did a taste test tonight - I wont be going back to the Aldi version now.
I did wonder about making my own but I was worried about the curdling business or it going grainy ...

This is probably old news but ...

Just doing the lists for the weekend etc and I noticed this on COS/Q clicksnappy for 50p cashback

50p in Mr T so you could get it alongside the free soup or
85p in Sada so that would be good for a comparison shop

There are 3 varieties you can choose from but I thought if anyone is buying Quorn chicken bits this might be useful to go with them.

    Good morning.

On CoS free Batchelors Soup and Dippers from T.

Also notice Old M0ut Kiwi 4 packs have re-appeared, T, £1.50 cb per pack claim 12 times. When these were last on didn't it process fine when you bought single bottles instead? If yes, buy 3 for £5, claim £4.50, 50p for 3 (untested, check app before purchasing).

Various other lagers have appeared for S online too.
