    Help please

I want to take a photo from someones (not mine) Fb photo file and turn it into a jpg.
I want to then use this jpeg to upload onto a photo fleece

I need instructions in less than words of one syllable pretty please

If it isn't a JPG/Jpeg then use a graphics package to convert it.

    no, far too complicated.

I've figured out how to open a photo by opening it in another page and I can then save it as a jpeg onto the desktop or pictures file

but then when I try and upload it I get

    Insufficient Image Data
The selected image can not be used for the selected product.

    I am on this webpage

can't help you with how to do it mhoc....but I have run into a hitch lifting a photo I want to use from facebook for the jigsaw puzzle....apparently they sometimes dim down the resolution of the pics so when you come to upload them to use on personalisation websites the quality is not as good as is needed.

I guess it depends what you are personalising but I am having to locate an actual copy of the photo I need rather than lifting it from facebook....and it's proving more difficult than I would like....

just so you are forewarned if when finally uploading your image you are told the quality is not suitable

sorry...good afternoon all.....but will drift back into the wings if that's ok....

thanks for this. It looks like I will have to give up on this idea but its easy to do a refund - I could just send the groupon voucher as is but its not quite the same as the actual physical item - one looks like you have made an effort and the other looks like you cant be !!!!**** :rotfl:

Going through someones Fb photos also feels a bit tacky :rotfl:

Thats what I got with the pic I wanted to use.....and I was told it's because they alter the resolution on FB....
You may need to get the original photo emailed to you and try again....

This is what I am now attempting to do but my subject is just ignoring my pleas for a copy....so I too may be back to the drawing board on the difficult present!

I am at least on speaking terms with my "photo owner"...I think it's just a case of they have better things to do than spend sometime sending me the picture in an email...and there is a limit to the times I can gently remind them.

If nothing is forthcoming by the weekend then I may just get a garden voucher and perhaps voice a little louder than usual that I really don't want to be involved in the whole present thing going forward...it seems a little that others dont want to help me so why should I bother.

Afternoon all, hope everyone is well.

Any tips for getting tickets when they come out on priority ? Seem to remember tweets doing this. Missed them today but another chance on Weds. Tia xx

When I got tickets I had priority page opened and soon as time came I pressed go or whatever it says and kept fingers crossed I got them.

In other news RL is being very challenging.

...and my homeless lady in the bus shelter has disappeared...I'm hoping she has been helped but there is no sign of her or her belongings in the bus shelter.I went on Friday and gave her some food and drink and again she accepted it gratefully but with little conversation, and by Sunday there is no evidence to suggest that she has been there at all...all cleaned and cleared away.

I hope that where ever she may be she is happier, safer and warmer than she was.
