Thanks, I did look at this when my email arrived this afternoon but there are lots of date and time restrictions to use over Christmas so check before buying!

My eldest son got one but he got his from the bay. Quite sturdy phones I must say but I think I'm going for the Note, apparently it's a very good bit of kit for the money, screen is slightly bigger.

Is anyone else having website ordering issues? Ordered from Argos and debenhams and haven't had confirmation from either yet, and Argos payment page was very slow and had to be refreshed so there's a risk I've been charged twice!

I had to google what a bridge camera was, curlgirl, so am not in a position to comment!! I'm an idiot photographer but she sounds far more sophisticated -- I don't even know what a slr is!! Just as well you were able to help, Westvleteren.

If the purchases are recent and you still have the receipts, then maybe, depending on the T&Cs of the shop concerned, you could rebuy and then return with the old receipt. Not that I've ever done that of course
