afternoon all.

I went AWOL this morning after I had a message from eldest child with a duff laptop who was trying to book Virgin east coast train tickets.
The website was completely stitched up and broken for hours but eventually just as I was thinking I ought to hand the job back before it made me a jabbering swearing wreck I got onto the page - so 4 return adult return tickets York to Edinburgh for just under a hundred - bargain :j

(no its not even us going to Edinburgh )

You can book up to 24 weeks ahead so have a think about February half term next year.
I booked for March - so maybe if you are trying to come up with Christmas gifts maybe a nice weekend away somewhere, get the train tickets now and then sort out the hotel later ...

I've been using the 50p Knorr Naturally Tasty mocs to stock up for friends and I had a couple of 50p Linda McCartney coupons left from Good Food Show so did an experimentary APG shop today. The Knorr at A 60p compare to T 60p, M 88p, and the Linda McCartney are comparing A £1.50 to W/T £1.95 and M £1.97 so not picking up £1 price at M yet. Any idea when they might pick up that off at M please

OMG - when I was shamed at being in the top 10 last time I tried to keep stum but this is even worse - especially as I've been AWOL often for days at a time with RL and the general decluttering.
I was also away for 2 weeks at the start of the month so how is this even possible :rotfl:
